Remembering a unexpected tooth brush sale in a drug store.
I once spoke to an elder pharmacist who remembered a customer in his drug store requesting where she could purchase a tooth brush.
The pharmacist related the following memory—One afternoon the pharmacist remembered that while he was filling a prescription-a large tough looking individual pointed a gun at him and shouted-HAND ME ALL YOUR NARCOTICS OR I’LL SHOOT YOU–!!!
THE PHARMACIST OPENED HIS NARCOTIC DRAWER, WITHDREW ALL HIS NARCOTICS AND HANDED THEM TO THE TOUGH LOOKING INDIVIDUAL.THE ROBBER GRABBED THE NARCOTICS PUT THEM IN A BAG AND ORDERED THE PHARMACIST TO WALK TO THE FRONT OF HIS PRESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT AND LAY DOWN ON HIS STOMACH.
THE PHARMACIST OBEYED THE COMMAND! OPENED THE COMMAND.
THE PHARMACIST WAS AFRAID AND DID NOT MOVE HIS BODY-SUDDENLY HE HEARD A WOMAN’S VOICE-“SIR I NEED TO BUY A TOOTHBRUSH” THE PHARMACIST TURNED HIS HEAD-OBSERVED HIS CUSTOMER-AND KINDLY SAID-JUST WAIT AND I WILL SHOW YOU OUR TOOTH BRUSH DEPARTMENT.
